Philippines: DOTTV expands regional network across Philippines

DOTTV said it now operates through partner stations and regional hubs in Bicol, CALABARZON, Eastern Visayas and the Davao Region.

Cebu-based media network DOTTV is expanding its regional footprint across the Philippines as it seeks to bring more local stories to a nationwide audience through television, radio and digital platforms.

DOTTV said it now operates through partner stations and regional hubs in Bicol, CALABARZON, Eastern Visayas and the Davao Region.

The network is also preparing to expand into Caraga, Iloilo, Zamboanga and Dipolog.

The company distributes news and entertainment content through digital and cable television, radio, websites, social media and on-demand services under the slogan “News. Views. Fun. On Demand.”

DOTTV said the multi-platform strategy would allow regional communities to reach broader audiences while giving viewers greater access to local news and programming.

Its flagship news programme, Balita on the Dot, airs from Monday to Friday and covers regional stories alongside major national developments.

Cebu serves as DOTTV’s central hub, coordinating content from its growing network of stations and regional partners.

The network said its expansion supports its goal of connecting communities across the country under the theme, “One Network. Many Regions. One Filipino Voice.”

DOTTV did not disclose investment figures, audience targets or a timetable for completing its planned regional expansion.
