CEBU CITY, Philippines — Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI), a leading developer in the Visayas and Mindanao region, proudly announced the full opening of the first building in The Pad Co-Living complex on May 8.

Building A, the first of two buildings in the project, features 156 rooms with a variety of accommodations ranging from Solo to Family Occupancy rooms.

Pricing at The Pad is competitive, with monthly rates starting at PHP 5,800 and daily rates beginning at PHP 999.
The second building, Building B, which is set to open in June, will primarily serve short-stay guests such as business travelers and backpackers, featuring 102 rooms optimized for shorter bookings.
In addition to residential space, The Pad will soon offer new dining experiences with the opening of two concept restaurants: Sunrisers Brunch + Bistro on the ground floor and Sunset Soirees Rooftop Restaurant atop Building B, both slated to begin operations in June.
Located strategically on Banilad High Street, The Pad’s appeal is further enhanced by a range of retail outlets nearby, including newly opened establishments such as Aloha Mana Spa & Cafe, 7-Eleven, Your Daily Go Cafe, and a Three Two Brew Pop Up.
More tenants, including Aura Beauty Studio, SB KMart, Wu-Yang Cantonese Restaurant, Fraction Fitness, Landbank, and Three Two Brew, are expected to open soon.
The Pad Co-Living project is an initiative by Sugbo Prime Estate Inc., a collaboration between Cebu Landmasters and the Farrarons Family of Sugbo Prime.
