Top Line Business Development Corp, through its subsidiary Light Fuels Corp (LFC), on Tuesday inaugurated two new fuel stations in Mandaue City, expanding its retail footprint in Metro Cebu.
The new stations are located on North Reclamation Road, Ouano Avenue, and Jagobiao, Cebu North Road, both strategically positioned along major thoroughfares with significant vehicle traffic to serve motorists in the area.
“This is a milestone for Top Line,” Chairman, President and CEO Erik Lim said in a statement. “For the last 11 years, we have focused on real estate and industrial fuel distribution. As we expand into the retail fuel sector, we are encouraged and see huge potential in the industry because of Cebu’s robust economy.”
The ceremony also marked the company’s first service station on A.C. Cortes Avenue, launched in 2023.
Two additional Light Fuels stations are expected to open later in October 2024 in Liloan, Cebu, and Looc, Lapu-Lapu City, bringing the total number of operating stations in Metro Cebu to five.
“Our focus is on vertical integration,” Lim said. “We have backward integrated to include depot operations to support our growth and forward integrated by opening service stations under the Light Fuels brand.”
“Soon, we will be opening Light Fuels Express Stations around Metro Cebu, which will focus on two-wheeled and light-wheeled vehicles,” he added.
Top Line aims to have 10 Light Fuels stations operational by the end of 2024, including two Light Fuels Express stations.
