Millennium Hotels appoints Cinn Tan as chief commercial officer

Tan joined the company in January 2026 after serving as chief commercial and marketing officer at Pan Pacific Hotels Group, where she oversaw functions including branding, loyalty, sales, revenue management, distribution and digital marketing.

Millennium Hotels and Resorts has appointed former Pan Pacific Hotels Group executive Cinn Tan as chief commercial officer, the global hospitality group said on Tuesday, as it seeks to sharpen its brand positioning and commercial strategy across international markets.

Tan joined the company in January 2026 after serving as chief commercial and marketing officer at Pan Pacific Hotels Group, where she oversaw functions including branding, loyalty, sales, revenue management, distribution and digital marketing, Millennium said in a statement.

She has more than three decades of hospitality experience across Asia Pacific, China, Europe and the United States, and has also held senior leadership roles at Jin Jiang International and The Ascott Ltd, according to the statement.

In her new role, Tan will lead Millennium’s global commercial strategy, overseeing branding, marketing, loyalty, sales, distribution, revenue management and digital platforms.

She will also be responsible for strengthening customer engagement, developing commercial talent and improving performance across the group’s international portfolio.

“Cinn is a proven global commercial leader with a strong track record of advancing commercial capabilities and delivering sustainable growth,” Executive Director Kwek Eik Sheng said in the statement.

Her appointment comes as Millennium, a unit of Singapore-listed property company City Developments Ltd under the Hong Leong Group, continues efforts to strengthen its senior leadership team and support long-term growth across its global hotel network.

Millennium Hotels and Resorts owns, manages and operates more than 145 properties across four continents and 80 destinations, including hotels in New York, London, Paris, Dubai, Beijing and Singapore.

Its brands include Grand Millennium, Millennium, M Social, Studio M, Copthorne and Kingsgate.

The hire underscores continued competition among global hotel groups to strengthen commercial leadership as operators pursue higher occupancy, direct bookings and customer loyalty in an increasingly digital travel market.
