Singapore will host the largest edition of the Food & Hospitality Asia (FHA) trade show in a decade when the event returns from April 21–24 at the Singapore EXPO, bringing together more than 2,750 exhibitors from over 50 countries as the global foodservice and hospitality sectors expand after years of disruption.
The 2026 edition will combine FHA Food & Beverage and FHA HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) into a unified showcase and, for the first time, will be co-located with ProWine Singapore and IndusFood Asia, creating a broader platform covering the full spectrum of the food, beverage and hospitality industries.
Organizers said the event will feature more than 800,000 food and beverage innovations across 18 industry segments, ranging from fresh produce, convenience food, halal products and seafood to wine and spirits.
On the hospitality side, segments such as bakery, pastry and gelato, foodservice technology and coffee, tea and bar will be highlighted.
The European Union will make its debut as the event’s “Region of Honour,” presenting a range of premium food and beverage products from across the bloc.
The trade show will also host a series of culinary competitions and industry events, including the debut of the Young Chefs Grand Prix, alongside established contests such as the Asian Pastry Cup and the FHA Bakery & Dessert Challenges.
Singapore’s Minister of State for Trade and Industry Alvin Tan is scheduled to officiate the opening ceremony on April 21 at the Singapore EXPO, alongside Ian Roberts, senior vice president for Asia at Informa Markets, the event’s organizer.
Indiana Forrest-Bisley, event director for Food & Hospitality at Informa Markets Singapore, said the exhibition reflects evolving trends in foodservice, including the growing role of automation and artificial intelligence in hospitality operations.
The show also highlights the continued recovery of the meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) sector, which remains an important economic driver as international travel and business events rebound.
