Authorities have confirmed that the body of Ma. Teresa “Tess” Mamac was discovered buried in a pig pen located in the backyard of their home in Balibago, Angeles City.
Police identified the victim as Tess Mamac, the wife of the late Barangay Captain Rodelio Mamac of Balibago, Angeles City.
According to the police report, Mamac’s white Toyota Innova was found at Magalang Plaza. However, she was not inside the vehicle. Her personal belongings—including her bag, wallet, cellphone, identification cards, and other items—were reportedly still inside the car.
Police have identified the family’s long-time driver, Manuel Tolentino (full name: Emmanuel Celeste Tolentino), as a person of interest in the case. Tolentino had served as the family’s driver for more than 20 years.
CCTV footage allegedly shows Tolentino leaving the Toyota Innova at Magalang Plaza, a detail later confirmed by Mrs. Mamac’s children.

The family stated that Tolentino was last seen at the Mamac residence at approximately 7:32 p.m., just minutes before Mrs. Mamac arrived home at around 7:35 p.m. It is considered highly possible that he was the one driving her vehicle en route to Mabalacat about an hour after her arrival.
Tolentino is currently missing, and all attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful.
Meanwhile, Pampanga First District Representative Carmelo Lazatin II has offered a reward of P200,000 to anyone who can provide information regarding the case and the circumstances surrounding Mrs. Mamac’s disappearance prior to the discovery of her body.
Authorities continue to conduct a thorough investigation to determine the motive and full sequence of events.
Law enforcement officials are urging anyone with relevant information to immediately coordinate with local authorities.
Further updates will be released as confirmed information becomes available.
