AnyMind Group, a Tokyo-listed marketing and e-commerce support firm, said on Friday it has acquired all shares of Japan-based live streamer management company Bcode Inc, expanding its social commerce footprint in Japan as brands increasingly turn to creator-led live streaming to drive sales.
AnyMind, which operates a business-process-as-a-service (BPaaS) model spanning marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, did not disclose financial terms of the deal.
The acquisition will add Bcode’s network of more than 300 live streamers in Japan, many of whom have built communities on TikTok LIVE, to AnyMind’s creator and affiliate marketing offerings, the company said.
“As the creator economy evolves, building a support system that spans marketing, commerce, and technology is essential,” Bcode representative director Yuji Sazanami said in a statement, adding the combination is expected to broaden opportunities in areas including live commerce.
AnyMind CEO Kosuke Sogo said the company aims to strengthen capabilities to “design and execute purchase-generating initiatives originating from live commerce,” and deepen online-to-offline support while improving operations using AI.
Founded in Singapore in 2016 and now headquartered in Tokyo, AnyMind provides services to enterprises, publishers and creators across 15 markets, and said the Bcode purchase is its 14th acquisition since founding, its eighth in Japan and its second in 2026.
