“lyf Cebu City,” a midtown Cebu hotel developed by Cebu Landmasters Inc (CLI) and managed by The Ascott Limited, is operating as a lifestyle-focused property targeting budget-conscious travellers with community-oriented spaces and flexible room layouts, the companies said.
The site sits near Cebu Business Park and Cebu IT Park with access to restaurants, malls, hospitals and universities.
Entry rates start at PHP 2,000 net per night for “One-of-a-Kind” studio or “Side-by-Side” twin rooms without breakfast (good for two), and PHP 2,500 with breakfast.
Two-bedroom “All Together” units are priced at PHP 5,000 without breakfast and PHP 6,000 with breakfast (good for four), while four-bedroom configurations cost PHP 12,000 and PHP 15,000, respectively (good for six).

Amenities include a staffed check-in counter, co-working lounge, social kitchen, launderette, gym, mezzanine hangout area and a swimming pool overlooking the city skyline.
The “lyf” brand concept emphasises shared spaces and programmed activities to foster guest interaction.
The hotel has scheduled public events through November, including a Halloween bazaar on Oct. 31, a CLI run with a room promotion on Nov. 9, and a tree-lighting on Nov. 28, alongside collaborations with Cebuano artists and designers.
The operators said the property aims to serve both leisure and business demand seeking lower-priced accommodation with contemporary common areas in the Queen City of the South.
