Philippines: The Lemon Co Opens 61st Outlet, Adds ‘QuickBites’ to Growing Menu

Philippine beverage chain The Lemon Co has opened one of its largest outlets at Vibo Place in Cebu City and launched “QuickBites”, chicken tenders or bite-sized pops with honey-lemon sauce, to drive more customers.

The Vibo Place branch is the company’s 61st store. Management said a further ~60 outlets are in the pipeline through end-2025, positioning the homegrown brand to nearly double its footprint to around 120 stores.

The launch event drew company executives, social media influencers, and members of the press.

The QuickBites line, which can be bundled in a QuickBites Tray with lemonade, marks The Lemon Co’s push beyond drinks into light snacks and desserts, including lemon-infused ice cream.

The menu expansion is aimed at day-part diversification and ticket-size uplift, as the chain transitions from a kiosk-led format to larger, dine-in locations.

“What started as customers asking for a food pairing has become a product platform,” said Terence Neil S. Padrique, CEO of The Lemon Co. “Our R&D team developed flavors that complement our drinks. We’re starting with QuickBites—chicken tenders with our honey lemon sauce.”

The new Cebu site serves as a flagship for the company’s evolving format and menu strategy ahead of its planned rollout in 2025.
