Wealth manager WRISE Group said it has formed a global partnership with CTF Life Bermuda to integrate insurance solutions into its advisory platform, targeting high-net-worth clients seeking combined wealth, health and legacy planning.
WRISE described the tie-up as a first for the external asset manager (EAM) sector and said it will begin distributing CTF Life Bermuda products — including universal life, indexed universal life and variable universal life — to clients in its Private and Prestige segments in key markets by year-end.
The agreement was signed in Dubai and allows WRISE to expand via a direct distribution model, while CTF Life Bermuda broadens its presence in priority growth markets.
“The partnership is part of our push to offer a seamless, 360-degree wealth platform,” WRISE Group Executive Chairman Derrick Tan said. Clients are “increasingly focused on leveraging insurance for long-term legacy planning,” he added.
Man Kit Ip, executive director and CEO of CTF Life Bermuda, said the alliance supports the insurer’s global expansion, combining its suite of wealth, legacy and health solutions with WRISE’s HNW client base.
The companies cited growing demand for sophisticated insurance among wealthy individuals, with the global HNW insurance market expected to reach $139.28 billion by 2032. Terms of the partnership were not disclosed.
WRISE, which has over 400 employees, operates across Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Tokyo, supported by about 200 financial intermediaries and access to eight booking centres. Its group includes regulated entities in Singapore, Hong Kong and the Dubai International Financial Centre.
CTF Life Bermuda is a wholly owned unit of CTF Services Ltd (Hong Kong Stock Code: 659) and part of Chow Tai Fook Enterprises. The insurer said it aims to offer family-centric wealth and health solutions, drawing on the CTF group’s balance sheet and investments.
WRISE said the collaboration is intended to provide more choice and transparency to clients and set a benchmark for how EAMs integrate insurance within holistic wealth planning.
