Yield Guild Games (YGG) said on Monday its annual YGG Play Summit, billed as the world’s biggest player-focused Web3 gaming event, will return on Nov. 18-22, 2025, at SMX Aura in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila.
The summit, themed “City of Play,” will transform Manila into a cyberpunk-inspired hub where gamers, developers, creators and investors can explore new games, tools and opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem.
“Through play, there are endless possibilities… people can practice skills relevant to both video games and digital jobs,” said Mench Dizon, country head of YGG Pilipinas.
The event will feature four districts: Player District, with demos and showmatches for titles such as Axie Infinity, Pixels and Aurory; Degen District, highlighting lite gaming and token trading; Skill District, an educational hub supported by blockchain platform Sui Foundation; and The Arena, which will host esports tournaments for Vibes TCG and Parallel TCG, both offering significant prize pools.
The summit will also host the GAM3 Awards, the largest annual Web3 gaming awards ceremony, returning for its second in-person edition on Nov. 21 at Samsung Hall, BGC. In 2024, the awards drew more than 1 million votes and 60 million impressions.
Attendees can opt for standard or VIP tickets, with the latter offering curated experiences such as a Poblacion “POB Crawl,” karaoke, sports events, and exclusive perks.
Sponsors include Sky Mavis, Aurory, Pixels, Parallel TCG, Vibes TCG, blockchain platform Sui, DWF Labs, Spekter Agency, and Philippine exchange Coins.ph.
Founded in 2020, YGG pioneered the play-to-earn guild model and now supports a community of over 1 million members in the Philippines. Its initiatives include educational content, community tours and Metaversity, an online learning platform for Web3 skills.
