Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI), a publicly listed VisMin developer, has unveiled its latest addition to Cebu’s hospitality landscape with the launch of Sunset Soirees, a rooftop restaurant located atop The Pad Co-Living in Banilad High Street.
The restaurant complements CLI’s completed two-building development, catering to both long and short-stay residents.
Sunset Soirees offers elevated comfort food and cocktails in a relaxed rooftop setting, aiming to create a “sunset state of mind” for guests.
The restaurant features a fusion menu curated for social gatherings, with popular items including sunset pizzas, burgers, skewers, and Filipino favorites.
It can accommodate up to 120 guests and is open for special events, providing a child and pet-friendly environment complete with a swimming pool for a “Dip and Dine” experience.
The restaurant operates daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM and also hosts community activities and gigs to enhance the dining experience.
In addition to the restaurant, The Pad Co-Living has expanded its offerings with a second building designed for short-stay or hostel bookings, targeting business travelers, backpackers, and transients.
The new facility includes 100 rooms, each accommodating up to four persons, with daily rates starting at PHP 750 per person. Guests have access to all amenities at The Pad, including a swimming pool, roof deck lounge, social kitchen, and laundromat.
The Pad Co-Living is managed by CLI Hotels and Resorts Inc., a subsidiary of Cebu Landmasters, and is a project under Sugbo Prime Estate Inc., a partnership between Cebu Landmasters and the Farrarons Family of Sugbo Prime.
