Resorts World Cruises has announced the introduction of the Balcony Class experience across its fleet, specifically on the Genting Dream starting September 1, 2024, and on the Resorts World One from November 1, 2024.

This new class is designed to enhance guests’ experience from the moment they check in at dedicated counters at the cruise terminal to when they disembark with priority luggage handling.

The Balcony Class offers a range of exclusive benefits, including a complimentary welcome drink, SGD$50 in onboard credits per night per cabin, and complimentary tea and coffee sets in the cabin.

Guests will also enjoy complimentary standard WiFi for two devices, special seating at the Zodiac Theatre for live performances, priority booking for onboard venues, and special discounts at the souvenir mart.

Michael Goh, President of Resorts World Cruises, emphasized the company’s commitment to innovating guest experiences, expressing excitement about the new privileges that aim to elevate comfort and enjoyment to new levels.

The Balcony Class accommodations are described as spacious with private balconies, offering stunning sea views and fresh sea breezes.

These rooms come with queen-sized or twin beds, premium bedding, and a pull-out sofa-bed, making them ideal for families and groups. The option for inter-connecting rooms caters especially to families wanting to stay connected throughout their journey.

The cruise routes are diverse, with departures from Singapore on the Genting Dream offering short trips to destinations like Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Phuket. From November 18, the Melaka to Singapore, Penang, and Kuala Lumpur route will be available.

The Resorts World One will provide cruises from Keelung to Japan’s Kyushu region and Okinawa Island, and starting November 1, it will homeport in Dubai, offering cruises to Sir Bani Yas in Abu Dhabi, Doha, Khasab, and Muscat.
