The hotel also boasts five distinct dining and drinking venues, a 25-meter indoor pool, two luxurious spa suites, and a well-equipped fitness center.

Additionally, the hotel offers over 1,900 square meters of versatile event spaces, including an 800 square meter high-ceiling ballroom.

Sustainability is a core aspect of the Grand Hyatt Kunming, with the building designed to meet LEED™ Gold Pre-Certification standards, achieving world-class benchmarks in carbon reduction and environmental protection.

In collaboration with Grand Hyatt Kunming, Spring City 66 offers bespoke privileges and discount services to HOUSE 66 members and hotel guests. Selected HOUSE 66 members will enjoy exclusive room rates, enhancing the appeal of the new hotel.
