CapitaLand Development (CLD) announced on Monday the launch of LyndenWoods, the first residential development within Singapore Science Park (SSP), marking a key milestone in the precinct’s transformation into a mixed-use innovation hub.
The 343-unit development spans two 24-storey towers and is strategically located near Kent Ridge MRT and Geneo, a life sciences cluster.
The project aims to capitalise on the government’s decentralisation strategy by offering integrated living, working, and recreational spaces within one connected district.
“This is a pivotal milestone in the ongoing transformation journey of SSP,” said Ronald Tay, CEO of CLD Singapore. “LyndenWoods anchors a new urban ecosystem designed around community interaction, collaboration, and wellness.”
The development features communal sky terraces, smart-home technology, a 50-metre lap pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and pet-friendly amenities. Unit sizes range from 635 sq ft for a two-bedroom to 1,647 sq ft for a four-bedroom layout.

LyndenWoods draws from the “Tree of Life” architectural concept, integrating greenery on every level and promoting natural ventilation.
The landscape design mirrors a rainforest ecosystem and connects visually to nearby Kent Ridge Park and the Southern Ridges trail network.
Targeting BCA Green Mark Platinum certification, the development includes water-efficient fittings and energy-saving systems aimed at reducing carbon impact while enhancing comfort.
The public preview will begin on June 28, with sales bookings opening on July 12. The project is positioned as a rare first-mover opportunity in one of Singapore’s future-ready innovation districts.
