Newborn Town Establishes Global Headquarters in Hong Kong to Bolster Social Entertainment Expansion

Newborn Town Inc, a global social entertainment company, has officially launched its global headquarters in Hong Kong, signaling a strategic push to expand its international footprint and advance artificial intelligence (AI) integration within its business operations.

The headquarters, established through its subsidiary Solo X Technology Limited, is located in the Hong Kong Science Park.

The June 5 launch was attended by government and industry representatives, including officials from the Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises (OASES) and Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP), along with top executives from Newborn Town.

Founded in 2009, Newborn Town began its global expansion in 2013 and was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2019.

The company operates over 20 regional centers in markets such as Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Its core products—including MICO, YoHo, TopTop, SUGO, and Alice’s Dream—serve users in over 150 countries.

The new headquarters is intended to deepen the company’s investment in AI and strengthen its presence in Asia.

Newborn Town’s proprietary multi-model algorithm, Boomiix, is already being used to enhance monetization efficiency across its platforms.

Company executives emphasized that future plans will focus on AI applications in social entertainment and attracting global technology talent to foster cross-sector collaboration in the region.

Hong Kong was selected for its mature capital markets, favorable business environment, and access to skilled talent.

The move follows Newborn Town’s recent establishment of a regional office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, reflecting a broader effort to bolster operations in high-growth markets.

The Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation noted that Newborn Town’s presence is expected to contribute to local innovation and AI research, aligning with the city’s economic diversification goals.

The company’s leadership also highlighted long-term ambitions to cultivate a digital ecosystem centered on emotional connection, user engagement, and tech-driven entertainment.

With its base now in Hong Kong, Newborn Town aims to evolve into a global tech enterprise that shapes the future of social interaction through immersive and AI-enabled experiences.
