Resorts World Cruises celebrates its 2nd anniversary with close to 3.3 million cruise passengers to date

Resorts World Cruises marked its second anniversary with a special ‘Open House’ event on Sunday, June 23, 2024, in Singapore.

The event, hosted on the cruise ships Genting Dream and Resorts World One, attracted nearly 1,000 attendees, including business and travel partners, local authorities, and regional media.

Registered guests experienced the ships’ unique features and interacted with crew members. They enjoyed special previews of onboard facilities, accommodations, entertainment, and sampled a variety of food and beverages.

The second anniversary milestone comes as Resorts World Cruises has welcomed close to 3.3 million passengers to date on Genting Dream and Resorts World One.

The cruise line, with homeports in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Kaohsiung, and now Jakarta, plans to add Keelung and Dubai as homeports in July and October, respectively.

Both ships will expand their footprint across Asia, visiting over 30 destinations, including Ho Chi Minh City, Con Son, Bangkok, Ko Samui, and Redang Island.

As part of the celebrations, Resorts World Cruises unveiled its new mascot, Pin Pin, who embodies the spirit of adventure and friendliness.

Today’s ‘Open House’ celebration is our way of thanking our valued guests and supporters. We are delighted with the strong turnout and excited to introduce Pin Pin, our new mascot.”

During the event, Resorts World One joined Genting Dream in receiving the official OIC/SMIIC* Standard Halal-Friendly Cruise Ship certification. This certification ensures that Muslim travelers can enjoy certified Halal cuisines and other Muslim-friendly services on board.

Resorts World Cruises continues to garner international recognition for its services.
