Resecurity, a US-based cybersecurity and threat intelligence firm, has entered into a strategic partnership with Nexus Technologies Inc., a technology solutions provider headquartered in the Philippines, to scale up global managed security services (MSS) and advance cyber resilience initiatives across both domestic and international markets.
The agreement, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed at The Nexus Center in Makati, establishes a collaborative framework focused on addressing complex and evolving cyber threats worldwide.
The partnership integrates Resecurity’s threat intelligence and cybersecurity expertise with Nexus Technologies’ robust regional infrastructure and enterprise reach.
“This partnership with Orion Managed Service under Nexus Technologies marks a strategic milestone in our global mission to strengthen cybersecurity resilience,” said Ben Ouano, Chief Operating Officer-APAC of Resecurity. “By combining our threat intelligence expertise with Nexus Technologies’ regional presence and innovation capabilities, we are creating a force multiplier that will help organizations stay ahead of cyber threats.”
The MoU paves the way for both firms to deliver advanced, scalable MSS solutions customized to industry-specific needs. Areas of focus include AI-driven threat detection, digital forensics, incident response, and protection of critical infrastructure.
The collaboration also supports knowledge sharing, real-time intelligence exchange, and co-development of cybersecurity solutions that are applicable across global enterprise environments.
“Cybersecurity is no longer a siloed challenge—it requires global collaboration and knowledge sharing,” said Lionel Ting, Senior Vice President of Nexus Technologies Inc. “Our MoU with Resecurity demonstrates our commitment to protecting our clients through innovation, intelligence, and strategic alliances.”
In addition to technology integration, the partnership will launch global training programs aimed at enhancing cyber hygiene and developing cybersecurity talent across markets.
Joint awareness initiatives, certifications, and expert-led workshops will help equip organizations with the skills needed to confront sophisticated digital threats.
This collaboration is expected to accelerate threat detection and response times, improve compliance with international cybersecurity standards, and reduce the impact of security incidents on business operations.
As digital ecosystems become increasingly interconnected and vulnerable, Resecurity and Nexus Technologies are aligning their strengths to offer globally relevant solutions that protect both local enterprises and multinational organizations.
