Paragon Capital Management (PCM) has appointed Trevor Lau, CFA, as Managing Director and Strategist, the company said.
Based in Singapore, Lau will report to CEO and CIO Paul Lee and COO Irene Ng.
Lau brings more than two decades of experience in private banking and investment strategy across Asia, having held senior roles at Credit Suisse, UBS, Citigroup Private Bank, and most recently Azura Investment Partners, where he was CEO.
“I am delighted to welcome Trevor to our team,” said Paul Lee. “His track record in building high-performing teams, driving growth, and delivering bespoke solutions for ultra-high-net-worth clients will add significant value to PCM as we enter our next phase of expansion.”
Lau previously led the launch of Azura’s Asia platform, securing regulatory licensing and expanding the firm’s presence in the region.
At UBS, he was Managing Director and Head of the Entrepreneur Segment for Southeast Asia, focusing on UHNW clients. His decade-long tenure at Credit Suisse included investment consulting and leadership roles.
“PCM is a conviction-driven asset manager with a strong track record,” Lau said. “I look forward to leveraging my experience in portfolio management and strategic leadership to deliver greater value to our clients.”
Lau is a CFA charterholder and holds a Master of Science in Applied Finance from the National University of Singapore.
Paragon Capital Management manages over SGD 1.2 billion in assets, with offices in Singapore and Hong Kong, catering to accredited and institutional investors through customized investment strategies.
