Philippine finance super app GCash has partnered with residential solar solutions provider Helios to launch a first-of-its-kind green financing program aimed at accelerating solar energy adoption among Filipino households.
The collaboration, powered by GCash’s lending arm Fuse Financing Inc., integrates Helios’ Tier 1 solar technology with GGives, a buy-now, pay-later platform offering flexible installment options.
The initiative seeks to dismantle key barriers to rooftop solar adoption, including high upfront costs and limited consumer awareness, by offering an affordable, no-credit-card-needed path to clean energy.
Under the new program, users can access the Triple Zero Solar Starter Package—a limited-time offer with zero down payment, zero interest, and zero processing fees.
The product aims to significantly lower the financial burden of transitioning to solar power, enabling more Filipinos to reduce electricity bills by up to 100% while contributing to a greener future.
“This marks a significant milestone towards our mission to make solar power accessible and affordable to every home in the Philippines,” said Alex Aronson, Co-Founder of Helios. “We look forward to delivering the highest quality and most reliable solar solutions through this partnership with GCash.”
Fuse President Tony Isidro said the initiative bridges financial inclusion and sustainability. “By making renewable energy more affordable through GGives, we are empowering more Filipinos to switch to clean energy without the financial burden.”
With a 25-year performance warranty and world-class after-sales service, Helios promises tailored solutions for every home. The tie-up with GCash represents a major push to mainstream green energy adoption through fintech innovation.
