Chubb Life Hong Kong has launched a new digital insurance product, the Health Up Insurance Plan, aimed at encouraging healthier lifestyles through a combination of term life and accidental death coverage, and access to a range of wellness services.
Targeted at individuals aged 18 to 55, Health Up is available for an annual premium of HKD800 (about HKD2.19 per day), offering a low-cost insurance option bundled with health and wellness incentives.
The policy includes access to services from health providers such as EC Healthcare, Eu Yan Sang, Vita Green, and others, offering dental, hearing, and medical checkups, as well as supplements like probiotics, chicken essence, and cordyceps.
Customers can select one health service per year based on their personal needs, with the policy designed to support preventive health measures alongside traditional coverage.
The application process is entirely digital and requires no health exams or financial background checks, appealing to tech-savvy consumers seeking convenience.
“Health Up offers a holistic approach to protection and well-being,” said Belinda Au, President of Chubb Life Hong Kong and Head of North Asia. “Its simplicity and digital ease make it ideal for today’s health-conscious and connected consumers.”
The plan is integrated into Chubb Studio, the firm’s global digital platform, and features promotional tie-ins with Hong Kong’s MoneyBack loyalty app. Users can access discounts of up to 30% through partner promotions running from April 30 to June 30, 2025.
Chubb operates in 54 countries and territories and is one of the world’s largest providers of property and casualty, life, accident, and health insurance.
