SM Supermalls is launching a series of sports activities across its locations in the Philippines, offering visitors a mix of traditional and digital competitions throughout the summer season.
Running from April 1 to May 31, the initiative includes SM Active Hub, a network of 44 pickleball courts across 21 malls and running hubs in 14 locations.
Participants can access the facilities by registering through the SM Malls Online app, which also offers deals and discounts on sporting events.
The Summer Games will feature community tournaments and brand-led events, including running challenges, cycling races, and pickleball competitions.
Select malls will host marathon clinics with professional guidance, while senior-friendly fitness sessions and mall power walks are also scheduled.
For gaming enthusiasts, the Summer E-Games will offer both amateur and professional players the chance to compete in various digital tournaments. Spectators can watch live matches and purchase exclusive gaming merchandise.
Pet owners can also participate in the Summer Pet Olympics, organized in collaboration with the SM Super Pets Club. Activities will include races, obstacle courses, and contests showcasing agility and obedience.
SM Supermalls has positioned the events as a family-friendly option for an active summer, encouraging participation from all age groups.
