Filipino Homes, the Philippines’ largest real estate marketing network, has expanded into the Middle East by opening an international hub in Dubai, aiming to tap into the growing population of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in the region.
Founder and President Anthony Leuterio recently secured residency in Dubai, allowing him to establish business operations in the city and later expand across other Middle Eastern markets.
The company sees Dubai as a strategic gateway to reach nearly 2 million Filipinos living and working in the Middle East.
This strategic move positions Dubai as the company’s gateway to the wider Middle Eastern market, capitalizing the growing Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) population in the continent.
The Dubai expansion was officially launched with Filipino Homes hosting its inaugural leadership training event at Swissôtel Al Ghurair, attended by key leaders from its global network.
The event aimed to strengthen professional skills among participants and promote investment opportunities for OFWs in Philippine real estate.
Leuterio emphasized that the company’s presence in Dubai would enable Filipinos abroad to invest securely in property, building financial stability while working overseas.
“The Middle East is home to nearly 2 million Filipinos, many of whom are looking for ways to secure their financial future,” said Leuterio adding that by expanding Filipino Homes in Dubai, “we are not just growing as a company—we are creating opportunities for OFWs to build wealth through real estate.”
With operations now established, Filipino Homes aims to leverage Dubai’s thriving real estate market, positioning itself as a leader in facilitating property investments for the global Filipino community.
