The Jollibee Group has opened the first Philippine branch of Singapore’s renowned Tiong Bahru Bakery, marking its debut in the country’s artisanal viennoiseries and handmade pastries market.

Located at Verve Residences Tower 2 in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, the branch is also Tiong Bahru Bakery’s first international location.

Known for its signature croissants and handmade pastries crafted with premium French ingredients, Tiong Bahru Bakery has become a culinary staple in Singapore with 21 branches.

The Philippine debut introduces its iconic offerings, including the flaky croissant, Kouign Amann, Za’atar Miso Eggplant Sandwich, and sustainably sourced coffee from Common Man Coffee Roasters.

“Bringing Tiong Bahru Bakery to the Philippines reflects our dedication to providing world-class dining experiences,” said Ernesto Tanmantiong, Global President and CEO of Jollibee Group. “This collaboration blends local and global culinary traditions, spreading the joy of eating.”

Jollibee Philippines CEO Joseph Tanbuntiong highlighted the bakery’s inviting ambiance and focus on quality as key to creating a community go-to spot.

The signature croissants, perfected over a three-day process, showcase the bakery’s artisanal commitment, said Tiong Bahru Bakery General Manager Matt McLauchlan.
